Novosibirsk State Agricultural University’s project for international schoolchildren and students "Siberian Nut"


 

Dear friends!

We welcome you at the official webpage of Novosibirsk State Agricultural University’s project for international schoolchildren and students “Siberian Nut”

Our project aims at increasing the prestige of agricultural education in Russia and is intended to enhance talented foreign citizens to continue their educational and professional activities in Russia. The Project is held in the following areas/subjects:

  • Biology;
  • Mathematics;
  • Russian language.

The languages of the Project are Russian and English.

Who can participate:

Higher school graduates completing secondary general education (and its equivalent) who are applying for a bachelor's or specialist's degree in Russia;

Graduates of Universities who are applying for a master's degree in Russia.

How many stages are there in the “Siberian Nut”?

There are two stages in the bachelor’s track:

  • the first stage is a portfolio review (from September 15 to December 15 annually);
  • the second stage is a completion of the “Siberian Nut” tasks (from January 15 to March 15 annually).

There are three stages in the master’s track:

  • the first stage is a portfolio review (from September 15 to December 15 annually);
  • the second stage is a completion of the “Siberian Nut” tasks (from December 1 to February 15 annually);
  • the third stage is an oral interview with applicants (from March 1 to March 20)

Participation in Siberian Nut project is free.
